Accreditation & Co-DevelopmentOf Continuing Medical Education Programs

As an accredited provider recognized by the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada, the Canadian Dermatology Association can receive applications from physician organizations for both Section 1 (group learning) and Section 3 (self-assessment) accreditation.  Applicants are asked to submit their applications as early as possible to ensure there is sufficient time for both the assessment process and event promotion.

The Canadian Dermatology Association is also available to develop education programs under a co-development or sponsorship arrangement.  Physician and non-physician organizations interested in one of these arrangements should contact Caroline Herzberg at cherzberg@dermatology.ca or 613-738-1748 ext 226 for more information.  All Section 1 programs developed or co-developed by the Canadian Dermatology Association are eligible for AMA PRA Category 1 credits.
