We would like to request your assistance and support of the Canadian Dermatology Association by booking your accommodations exclusively at the conference hotels. Accommodations reserved outside the 2025 CDA Annual Conference contracted conference block may seem less expensive but in reality, it jeopardizes the benefits you enjoy as an attendee: reduction in registration fees, costs for the conference, committees, and social activities, as well as discounts on many of the items needed for the conference. Equally important is our ability to determine actual needs for future planning.
If we do not fill our block, the CDA is exposed to paying monetary penalty fees, which may jeopardize the program in future years. Your loyalty and cooperation is greatly appreciated.
