To assist you in documenting your Continuing Professional Development (CPD) activities, you can download the following resources below:
- Conference Block Agenda (PDF) – This document indicates the number of accredited CPD hours assigned to each eligible session. Use the agenda to identify the sessions you attended and add together the corresponding hours to determine your total eligible CPD credits.
- Fillable CPD Certificate of Attendance (PDF) – Record your total eligible CPD hours based on the sessions you attended.
Please retain these documents for your records and submit them to your accrediting body as required.
Note: It is your responsibility to accurately calculate and claim only the credits earned through the sessions you attended during the conference.
