Nominator
All voting members wishing to nominate an eligible member as Director or Officer will be required to complete the online Nomination Form for their nominees. The deadline date for receipt of the Nomination Form is February 23, 2026.
Nominee
All nominees will be contacted by the CDA National Office to confirm if they will stand for the nominated position. If a nominee agrees to stand, then the nominee must submit to the Canadian Dermatology Association the following completed documents:
- Nomination Declaration Statement
- Candidate Information Sheet
- Conflict of Interest Declaration
- Code of Conduct
- Nomination Final Declaration
Optional documents:
- Personal Statement (maximum 300 words); and, if so desired,
- One personal letter of support (maximum 250 words).
Deadline date for receipt of all Nominee documents by the CDA is March 16, 2026.
